LeftoversOn Sunday, HBO unveiled a new teaser for their series The Leftovers, set to narration of Walt Whitman’s “A child said, What is the grass?” According to IGN, the narrator is probably star Justin Theroux (which makes sense; I just wouldn’t recognize his voice). HBO Orders The Leftovers Adaptation to Series

It’s been reported at TV Guide and elsewhere that HBO has given a ten-episode series order to The Leftovers, based on the Rapture-centric novel by Tom Perrotta. Damon Lindelof (Lost) is writing and showrunning. The show stars Liv Tyler, Justin Theroux, Christopher Eccleston, Amy Brenneman, Chris Zylka, Max and Charlie Carver, and more. Anyone read the book? I’ve liked other Perrotta but haven’t read this one yet.
