I had somehow missed (or forgotten) the fact that the move based on Ruta Sepetys’s YA WWII novel Between Shades of Gray has been renamed to Ashes in the Snow but I think that’s . . . probably a good move. Anyway, casting news!
It’s Friday, so really, what better time to watch something BBC America titled on YouTube as “PETER CAPALDI Models Cardinal Richelieu’s Leather Costume”? And trust me, this video is a complete delight. Seriously. Watch it.
So, what did everyone think of The Musketeers premiere on Sunday? Let’s talk! I thought it was a very fun ride – funny and swashbuckling and decent chemistry all around, which is basically what I want from this show. It seems like they’re making a fair number of changes from the book, but as long as it works as its own thing, I don’t really mind that.
